or an alternative way to run RetroArch on this machine. but is there any way I can add cores manually. I'm assuming I'm making things difficult using an x86 machine instead of ARM maybe. I've tried installing packages with apt-get and nothing seems to register in RA (although I did have some minor success with libretro-nestopia showing a NES core) I've got folders full of BIOS files but I've no idea where to put them. I've installed RetroArch using apt-get and it runs fine, but there's no online updater for cores. I've installed Raspbian Buster on an old Mini PC (i386), and i'm trying to give it some useful functionality. I've used RetroPie in the past but not RetroArch, so bit of a noob.
